YOGA TEACHER TRAINING OVERVIEW
Our 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is a continuous education program for teachers and Yoga practitioners of all levels who:
would like to explore and deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga, putting attention to what is happening inside the body
want to experience and share the powerful benefits of breath work
would like to integrate Yin Yoga and Breathwork as a tool to maintain a healthy body and mind
are already Yoga teachers , looking to expand their skill set and offerings in the field of Yin Yoga and Breathwork , in order to guide and share this beautiful practice
By the end of this course, you will have the skills, tools, and confidence to teach Yin Yoga and guide others through Breathwork sessions in a safe and responsible way. You will be able to sequence unique Yin Yoga sessions ,focussing on particular target areas in the body as well as combining the practice with powerful breath work techniques , taking people out of their minds and into the heart space. You will learn how to create a safe space for practitioners to really let go and release - creating an experience rather than just an ordinary Yin Yoga class.
Throughout your week with us you will have many opportunities to teach to your fellow students, giving and receiving constructive feedback from students and teacher. At Tula Flow Yoga we strongly encourage each student to discover and develop her/his unique style and voice as a teacher. We do not create a monologue of how and what the teachers should say in their classes.
You will obtain a solid self-practice based on Yin Yoga. This ability will allow you to take your practice away from the studio and will enable you to practice on your own anytime, anywhere. You will be your own teacher. Isn't that great? To be able to practice on your own? Without having to drive half an hour to reach the studio?
This training is recognised by Yoga Alliance ( YACEP) and upon completion, you can teach yoga anywhere in the world. The course focuses equally on four educational categories: Asana practice, Breathwork, Functional Anatomy, Teaching Skills & The Art of Sequencing.
Come as a practitioner, leave as a teacher.

Yoga Futura Studio, Berlin, germany
non-residential
With its spacious room and terrace, Yoga Futura is meant to serve as a place for both physical practice and gathering. The studio is situated in Neukölln, a lively part of Berlin, with cafes, restaurants and bars in every direction. Finding a location where we can tie yoga practice to social gatherings was an important aspect to us, and Neukölln is the perfect destination for this.
Situated on the ground floor of an old Berlin building, the studio offers easy access. The 150 square meter terrace is a unique element of our offering, where - when the weather permits - we practice and enjoy the rays of sunshine outdoors.
There are two bathrooms equipped with showers, so you can freshen up before or after practice. With water and fruits offered free of cost, you can then leave the studio feeling completely recharged.
