Ferdinand Delafosse
teacher
Ferdinand jumped into movement disciplines early on—martial arts at 6, gymnastics at 8, yoga at 11, and circus training at 14. He built a diverse movement vocabulary by diving into a mix of practices. After a decade as an actor and circus performer, he immersed himself in everything from dance and qigong to juggling, acrobatics, aerial work, yoga, silat, and meditation.
Over time and a few injuries later, his passion shifted toward uncovering the body's infinite potential for movement and its incredible connection to self-healing. He realized that external movement is a reflection of our inner landscape. This breakthrough came when he landed on Koh Phangan eight years ago—and he never really left. Ferdinand has honed his skills in various styles of yoga—alignment yoga (200-hour YTT at Luna Alignment Yoga), Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore style (Jangalika House of Yoga), yoga therapy (250h atmavikasa) restorative yoga, nidra, hands-on adjustments, pranayama, and yin yoga. He co-led yin trainings and taught at numerous retreats and teacher trainings, focusing primarily on anatomy.
Now, he’s all about one-on-one yoga sessions and strength/movement training, taking a holistic approach that weaves in classic gym work, biomechanics, G.O.A.T.A (Greatest of All Time Athletes), knees-over-toes methods, play fighting, animal flow, and gymnastics. He’s riveted by primal, functional movements—climbing, running, walking, swimming, carrying, and getting back to the basics of how humans moved before all the modern distractions.
Recently, he’s stripped his practice down, focusing on stillness and simplification to tap into deeper insights. Using visualization, breathwork, and meditation, he works on an energetic level, mapping out the mind to transcend it.
Maria Antonia Romaguera
TEACHER & Founder of guaret Mallorca
I am Maria Antonia Romaguera, aka Tota. My passion for health at an integral level began without me knowing it during my studies in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, I knew and was clear that I could contribute a lot to society and it was not through the conventional health system. It was a matter of time before the pieces fell into place. Since I finished my degree, it was clear to me that I wanted to help empower and teach humans how; "Not feeling at home within what we call body, mind and soul, is not normal."
At the end of my degree, I began an adventure on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, in Portland, Oregon, there I entered more deeply into the world of conscious eating and integrative nutrition, seeing health as a whole. From the United States I had the opportunity to travel and learn more about the American continent, which has greatly influenced my cuisine and my vision of human nutrition.
Today the practice and study of yoga is part of my life and thanks to that I am on a path of internal growth, without it I would probably not be at this point.
The recent world situation has been the trigger to finally start focusing on my dream project, that merges YOGA and NUTRITION, the two sciences that today keep me alive, full of love and with the desire of being able to expand the well-being that they generate me.
