Our program:

A holistic 200H YTTC, co-created by Hayley Nariyah, Janine Behrendt & Ferdinand Delafosse. An integrative training blending Hatha, Vinyasa,Yin and Iyengar-inspired principles, somatic movement, pranayama, and nervous system-focused practices.
This immersive training explores yoga as a path of embodied healing — a therapeutic approach to reconnect with the body, regulate the nervous system, and restore wholeness.

Designed to cultivate a new calibre of teacher — intuitive, embodied, and deeply attuned — this is more than certification; it’s a transformational journey.
You will not just learn to teach yoga — you will become the practice.
Set in an exceptional, nature-immersed venue on Koh Phangan, this experience raises the standards of modern teacher training by placing healing, integrity, and depth at its core.

INTO THE ELEMENTS

Not your ordinary Yoga Teacher Training. Non-conventional teachings, rooted in tradition. A unique training experience in embodied Yoga, movement, and nature connection—guided by the five elements.

This program is an invitation to deepen your connection to Yoga, to yourself, and to the natural world. Rooted in tradition yet responsive to the times we live in, this training blends classical and contemporary approaches to movement, breath, and embodied awareness.

Held twice a year at The Sanctuary Thailand, this immersive course is designed for those who want to explore Yoga as a full-bodied, lived experience—not just as a set of techniques or postures, but as a way of being present and connected.

The Five Elements Framework

We use the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—as a way to organize our practice and inquiry. Each element brings different qualities and themes into focus, offering you a rich set of tools for both self-inquiry and teaching.

Rather than offering fixed sequences or a rigid style, we teach you how to work with the body as it is, and how to adapt your teaching with sensitivity, creativity, and care.
