This intensive mentorship provides an opportunity to intensify your own yoga practice, deepen your understanding of yogic philosophy (including Sanskrit studies), and refine your teaching skills and style. Under the guidance of your designated mentor, Janine Behrendt, you will work closely on developing your confidence to teach and connect with students effectively.
You will engage in practical teaching sessions, receive personalized feedback, and explore topics tailored to your needs. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, allowing you to test and refine your teaching in a safe, supportive environment. Additionally, you will learn about building your teaching presence, managing classes, and teach Yoga beyond the mat. Utilising Yoga as a tool for healing the physical as well as the emotional body.
